• "An extensive and varied menu of over 110 soups are made fresh every day by owner Ken Kaplan at this New York Stock Exchange inspired location. Offering poultry, beef, seafood, vegetarian, cream soup and stews. Try the traditional chicken noodle or the more adventurous Jamaican Pumpkin. Many of the recipes have been gathered from Kaplan's experiences working around the country and inspired by the traditional foods of Mexico, France and Italy. The menu changes daily and consists of one soup from each category, each meal includes fresh baked bread and a seasonal fruit. In additional to the soup menu, try one of the many wraps or salads also on the menu or take home a 2 quart portion of your favorite soup. A new addition is the pasta bar featuring 3-4 different pastas, including whole wheat and four different sauces with various add ons each day." - Newsday
