My wife's favorite restaurant of all time. Drinks are substantial. The cheese they serve to all when you arrive is phenomenal. Ossobuco is my favorite and the only place that compared was in Rome. My wife's favorite is Veal Milanese. St. Peter's fish is also wonderful.
The couple that own the place are warm, friendly and look forward to seeing new pictures of our kids when we come. The room has a warm and friendly feel to it.
Service couldn't be better. Waiters are attentive and friendly. The owners are wonderful people who make you feel at home.
It's expensive, but worth what you spend. Definitely do not feel cheated.
The taste is overly embellished (salty, or too little tomato taste) as supposed to authentic Italian cuisine which has a simple authentic taste. The fish/seafood was not fresh. Too fishy smell and lingered even when I brushed my teeth…eeaaaooooww! Steak came in well done although my partner asked for rare. They refused to take it back to make us another one, so my partner was forced to eat the rubber-like meat. They charge $3.50 for a glass of soda, I mean a wine glass full of ice, with 2oz of soda in it.
Needs renovating and updating. The decor is too flat and it smells moldy.
The nasty lady in the front needs to lighten up and learn how to crack a smile once in a while. The waiter never checked on us. We had to get his attention every time we wanted something.
