• Three stars from the NY Times, and Newsday for this contemporary American restaurant featuring local, seasonal cuisine emphasizing local ingredients. Bistro M was rated as one of the top restaurants in 2004/2005 on Long Island. The chef, Mitchell SuDock was trained in some of Manhattan's finest restaurants and has been called "one of the best chef's on the island" by Joanne Starkey of The New York Times as well as Peter Gianotti of Newsday who called the restaurant "a destination for new American cuisine." Bistro M features wine and tapas dinners as well as on-premise private parties for up to 50 guests and off-premise catering for parties up to 200 guests. Their newly renovated outdoor patio contains an additional 25 seats under the stars, as well as an awning for seasonal dining. The staff is warm, personable and hospitable and makes the diners feel at home and special as they pay attention to all the details to make your experience at Bistro M a memorable one.
