• The Backyard Restaurant is a local favorite with those in the know. It is located on the beautifully landscaped grounds of Solé East Resort. The casual, mediterranean-influenced menu incorporates fresh local produce and daily catches. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Patio and poolside dining. During the high season: Winston Irie live on Thursdays, Saturday pool parties, weekly Sunday Jazz brunches and special entertainment on select nights. • Sole East's Backyard Restaurant is all about market-driven, market fresh cuisine. Executive Chef, Larry Kolar, applies this to all aspects of his menu and even creates many of the fresh ingredients. Pasta is homemade. Specialty breads and croissants are home-baked. Meats for the smoked appetizer platter and entrees are all smoked on-site.
