• "Sakana offers a more slighly more adventurous selection of Japanese and Chinese dishes than your average suburban restaurant. Among Chinese offerings are big, meal-worthy bowls of Mandarin noodle soup, shrimp with walnuts, sauteed lamb with scallions and crispy (i.e. deep-fried) whole fish. Japanese specialties include oshitashi (cold steamed spinach), tako su (octopus in vinegar sauce) and panda roll (which does not involve any endangered species--nor does The Enlightened One make an appearance in Buddha Plus Sesame Tofu). For lunch, try a don buri, in which a meat (chicken or pork cutlet, barbecued eel) is served over a bowl of rice." - Newsday
