The food was very good. However, the soups and salad could use a little imagination. The appetizers, entrees and desserts were well prepared and presented. Their pasta is of especially good quality and they know when to stop cooking it. Selections were plentiful. The tab did not break the bank, either. I did have trouble with their banquet selection on one occasion; the eggplant was too tough to be eaten with a knife and fork and had to be put aside.
The decor at Bella Napoli is cozy and decorated with a European flair. Music is not blasting, but loud enough to be heard and not interfere with the dinner conversations. I found that the restrooms were clean, though a bit small and the overall establishment was clean. There a re a few tables outdoors but I never sat there because it overlooks a busy street.
The service at Bella Napoli is great, the staff is friendly yet not overbearing. I have never waited for a table because we are early diners. One cold Christmas Eve my husband and I came without reservations to find the place crowded with large family gatherings, laughing and enjoying the season. We looked strange because we didn't have a family to spend the holiday, the hostess surmised this and got a table from storage and set it with a lace cloth and centerpiece, served us and made the holiday special for us.
The portions are more than adequate and the food is always hot. The value, service and food is as good as it gets.
Bella Napoli has a fine wine list and their house wine is very good. The bread served hot and fresh is something to look forward to. I have been eating at Bella Napoli for some years, have hosted several banquets here and am planning another soon.
