An enhanced listing provides many of the features customers would expect to find on a website, all for a fraction of the cost.  For the same price of putting together your own complete website, you could have two to three years of enhanced listings here (and that's a conservative estimate.)  That's not even counting the inevitable hosting costs, charges for minor changes or having the whole site re-done in another year because it wasn't done right the first time.
